One of our regular readers, Paul Johnson, has sent me the same topic twice during the past year, hoping I would run it. I ignored the topic the first time because, you see, I’m a cynic (at least about Circle topics).
You see, Paul’s question doesn’t relate to pain and heartache. It relates to the art of showing love. It’s an upbeat topic, and I know from sad experience that every time I try to run an upbeat topic, it goes down in flames.
However, at Paul’s insistence I am running his letter anyway. Let’s see if you respond to it. I hope you do. Here it is:
