Every year Temple Square turned into a winter wonderland. The magic begins the end of November when the lights are turned on. Crews under the direction of Eldon Cannon begin in August to stage this show of light and wonder.
No one will tell you how many light there are but this year they are using LED light to conserve energy. To me they even see brighter and more amazing than before. By best guest on the number of light would be well over a million.
Along with the light come all the special Christmas program to celebrate the birth of Christ. High School Choirs and singing group can be heard almost every night.
If you live near Salt Lake this is an experience not to be missed. If not sit back and take a photo journey though one of the most spectacular light show on earth.
