Shelia Cosper is a writer, cartoonist and illustrator (not necessarily in that order) that has distanced herself from doing any actual important or significant work. She lives without a television and owns minimal electronic devices, although she does have a phone to call the feed store and occasionally the county extension agent.She lives in the Duchy of Villa Rica, Georgia (USA) with four cats (Egypt, Mr. Potter, Hermione and Jellybean), three dogs (Maya, Casper and Nephi) and countless chickens and domestic barnyard terrorists all vying for attention, food and control of her cartoons.She is a member of the Douglasville Ward and is currently the Activities Chairperson.
