Excellent article. As I read the conclusion about faith being a practice, it occurred to me that each of us practices faith continuously. Although we may not consciously realize it, we are constantly choosing to have faith in something or someone. Sometimes we think that we can't choose faith in God due to our doubts, fears, and/or sins. When that happens, it is common for us to fail to recognize that we aren't just choosing less faith in God; we are choosing faith in something other than God. That always leads to unfortunate consequences. Choosing faith in God will always lead to a better place.
