Judas had become an informer, looking for an opportunity to rat out Jesus and the Apostles. If the Shewbread was administered in the temple, by the High Priest, to holders of the Melchizedek Priesthood, it comes clear why Jesus got arrested. Based on their remarks, the Apostles clearly understood the Last Supper to be in a temple context. I assume Jesus had a curtain hung on the wall, representing the temple veil.
