This is a lovely article, but I think we should be careful about jumping to conclusions that are not church doctrine. As far as I know saying that Heavenly Mother helped create the Earth and formulate the plan of salvation is pure speculation. (Unless I missed a teaching of this somewhere.) It simply is not what we have been taught. So while it MAY have been true, we need to be careful not to jump to conclusions that may be false doctrine. And please, if someone has that actual doctrine that teaches this, feel free to share. :) Also, implying that she is more than just a "stay at home womb" seems a little offending. That is SUCH a great responsibility and thinking that is she anything less than equal unless she is ALSO doing exactly what God is doing is silly. I have no doubt that they are equal partners, but much like as what we have been taught about men and women being equal, equal does not mean we do everything the same. We each have unique and sacred responsibilities and roles.

What a great article. This is one of the best I have ever read on the subject! There is no mandate to not discuss our Mother in Heaven.

Yet if we don't talk about it, those myths persist. We can only gain further light and knowledge by exploring the mysteries and listening with spiritual ears. Misunderstandings are cleared up by talking about it. At least that's the female way -- I think Mother would approve!

I believe we should still be cautious about what we say and how much we talk about Mother in Heaven because it is an issues which can be easily distorted by those who do not understand.

wonderful to finally have the importance of our Mother in Heaven. I've always loved the last line in "Oh My Father". Thanks, Warren, for this splendid article.
