I remember as a small girl in Southern California a town there went to the Church to find out how to set up a welfare system like the church had. After investigating they threw up their arms and said this will never work. No one will volunteer to do the work. How do you do it. " They were informed it was through faith and knowledge of the Church. That was the end of their welfare work.
