I am not LDS but have read similar accounts and died myself back in '76

My experience of a message from the other side. I'd asked my boss (a Harvard-educated lawyer, a wonderful man loved by all) IF he passed to the other side before I did, would he "send me a sign"? He said he would. He retired. One day a few years later I looked on the internet and he had died. A few days later I said, "Mr. Cox, remember you said you'd send me a sign?" A few days later a friend in our homeschooling community who had NEVER asked me to do anything socially tho our boys were close, and she and her husband really didn't drink, called and said, "Paula, I know it's kind of weird and last minute, but I happened to see this WINE TASTING in SAKONNET RHODE ISLAND tonight and wondered if you'd like to go?" I was busy, but after hanging up I remembered how Mr. Cox always summered in Sakonnet and LOVED his wine. He used to ruefully say as he paid the bill at work, "Maybe I drink a bit too much of this stuff!" :-) I can't PROVE it's true... But there you go.

It has been the greatest honor of my life to call Lance my friend and brother. We played ball together and were best of friends from our childhood years to... well still. Later in life, in confidence, we shared many similar experiences far too sacred to share. Needless to say, there is so much more to this, so much more. I leave you with my solemn testimony that this is true, all of it and so much more. I know Lance. He is my friend and brother and these things are true. God our Father, our Saviour Jesus Christ and the Holy Ghost live. They know you and your struggles whatever they be. I invite you to feel of their love, spirit and guidance as you pray and ponder these truths in your heart.

I had an out-of-body experience due to a botched medical procedure over a decade ago that resulted in me getting a visit and having a conversation with my Grandfather that I was close to who passed away when I was 12. We discussed several events I should expect to see in my life, many of which have now occurred, and I can attest with every part of my soul that every word of this article is true. Our loved ones who pass over to the other side don't have to pay bills, they don't get hungry like we do, and they don't have to spend hours of their day working their lives away at a job. The only thing they have to do is find ways to help us, and they do it VERY well.

I have read Lance Richarson’s Book “The Message” and was totally inspired by his experience! I have felt inspiration from ‘ the other side’ at times and know that what he says is true....Thank you, Josette, for sharing these experiences for others to read about - it truly gives us comfort and peace to know we are not alone or without help from the Spirit World!

I read this book while staying in the hospital for 5 weeks with my husband who passed away right after that. My daughters loved it, also. It is a life-changing book and helped us through the death process with more clarity and prepared us for our own experiences with him on the other side of the veil. Everyone should read it because it strengthens and broadens our eternal perspective. I had previously read many NDE books but this one gave a deeper impact and understanding. Thank you for reminding me of it.

To Heavenly Father and the Lord Jesus Christ there are no such things as supernatural event. Believe me I know. Thank you for a brief illustration of the intertwining (knit/woven together) of our worlds.

I knew Lance as a missionary in Finland many years ago. He was a good man who served the Savior well.
