My youngest daughter is due in April. I am hoping I can be this kind of mother to my daughter as she mothers her new baby! Thank you so much for the inspiration!

Thank you for this. As I held each one of my children for the first time, I vowed that I would be a better man, because my precious baby deserved that kind of father. I so hope I have kept that vow. Thank you again for putting your sweet thoughts, feelings and fears down on paper. Bless you.

This is beautiful! You expressed the frustrations of motherhood so well, and you are so lucky to have a supportive mother. As a grandmother, I can only tell you that it just keeps getting better!

A wonderful article and explanation of the eternal and fundamental purpose of women. They are the key to all our lives and I believe that they will enjoy the eternal blessings they will receive. It is only through them that the world can be. And being a mother and a wife is a blessing to all of us far more than many realize. Thanks to all the wonderful women in the world!!

Thank you for uplifting words. I have been motherless for 33 years and needed comforting words from another mother. ( even though you are younger than me) , we never get too old for a little mothering. I hope to someday be able to sit with my own daughter and offer such wisdom.
