Thank you for bringing EFT into the positive light. Unfortunately all energy therapies have been thrown out by some because of negative press, kooks in the industry, and Elder Ballard's comments in conference (which said less than some think and more than others). He recommended the use of licensed (trained, certified) professionals. I'm a board certified health coach and EFT trained practitioner. For 15 years I've been in awe of what this technique can do, has done for me, my family, and hundreds of others. In my coaching practice, I encourage most of what you suggested, minus therapy or counseling as that is not my expertise. Thank you Sister Brotherson.

What you do is important! Very important. I'm just slightly disappointed that it's the same old, same old.. Healthy boundaries are also very important to prevent depression. I don't think boundaries for all walks of life have been taught well in the Latter Day Saint life.
