I loved this article and am so glad I came across it. Within the last 6 months I've been diagnosed with abdominal issues that have been getting worse and I have lost a scary amount of weight and am pregnant as well, so have been trying to eat lots of meat to gain some weight back but has been proving to be harder on my system and make matters worse! But a line in my P. Blessing says "Follow the Word of Wisdom strictly and you will enjoy good health." So I've been trying to discover just what it means to follow it strictly. Thank you for your insight, it has been very helpful to me.
